Somebody shot video of a flash flood that was rumbling down a clearing and coming right at them. It's scary as hell. This was near Payson, Arizona . . . the same flood that tragically killed nine people. It starts out as a wall of debris . . . and then the people move to higher ground as it rolls by as a raging river. **WARNING! Rough Language**
