Brett Eldredge Reveals How To Have A 'Good Day' Everyday

Brett Eldredge is here with an important message that better days are on the horizon, and every day is a "Good Day" if you have the right mindset.

Bringing in his daily affirmations' strategy, Brett dropped in with Cody Alan to reveal how a mindset change can impact your entire life for the better.

"I am big on affirmations," says the "Mean To Me" singer. "I write them on the mirror sometimes."

"I used not to be until I figured out that I need to be because I was finding myself in down places in my life and focusing on the negatives," continues the country crooner. "We are wired to focus on negative things. That's how the human conscious works."

"But, you know, if you put the work in to be like, "You know, I am going to wake up in the morning and instead of saying, "Today sucks, and it's going to be tough, and there are going to be a lot of terrible things, and, oh, that sucks,"
Instead, be like, "I can't control all the things that come my way today, but I am going to choose to have a good day. I am going to show up. I am going to pick that intention to have a good day and be there for myself and be there for other people, and I think that doing that, even if it isn't a perfect day, even if a lot of things go bad, at least it started out on the right foot."

Brett says that by starting your day with the intention to have a good day, you will take better care of yourself, and everything will fall into place. We love the mindset and think, "Good Day" couldn't have come at a better time. Give it a listen by clicking the link below.
