A BBQ and Bake Sale fundraiser will be held for Noah McFall, a Candler-area child who needs a liver and double lung transplant. Montmorenci United Methodist Church is hosting a fundraiser on Saturday, June 8, 2019 from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm.
Montmorenci United Methodist Church located at 89 Old Candler Town Road in Candler NC will divide 100% of the profits from the event between the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) in honor of Noah and the McFall family.A BBQ meal with all the “fixins” can be purchased, dine in or carry out, for $10.00 per plate.Children age 12 and under can eat for $5.00.Additionally, a bake sale with a variety of homemade items will be offered.
Noah, age 10, has been battling Cystic Fibrosis since he was 2 years old.He is currently hospitalized at UNC Children’s Hospital in Chapel Hill awaiting transplant.
