The Sixth Annual Montreat Native Plant Sale and Arbor Day Celebration will be held on Saturday, April 28th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at Moore Center Park in Montreat.
The Native Plant Sale is a springtime celebration of native plants and trees. Shop from five Western North Carolina nurseries offering a wide variety of native and other plants. Learn about gardening and native plants from plant and tree experts. Enjoy informative programs, including programs for children, planned for throughout the day.
Admission is free.
The Montreat Landcare Committee is a collaboration on community organizations, including the Mountain Retreat Association, Montreat College, the Town of Montreat and the Montreat Cottagers Association.
