It's colder than a well digger's butt in New England with that double nor'easter. It's pretty miserable outside and gonna assume the folks who live there are hating it.
This feller must have had a massive case of cabin fever because he got dressed up in an 'Elsa' costume from Frozen . . . and had the time of his life frolicking around in the snow.
