My husband and I are fortunate enough to be leaving early tomorrow morning on a week-long vacation to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and, really, just to chill the heck out. I wholeheartedly believe that vacations are CRUCIAL to staying somewhat sane!! If at all possible, take a vacation - whether it's a Saturday at your house with no plans or cell phone, or a 3-week trek across Europe, give yourself a break. Okay? :)
