A 27-year-old woman who was abandoned as a baby at a Pennsylvania Burger King, has found her birth mother.

KATHERYN DEPRILL was an infant when he was left at a BURGER KING bathroom in Allentown, Pennsylvania in 1986. Three weeks ago, Deprill posted a photo and a heartfelt plea on Facebook asking for help in finding her birth mother. It worked. The photo was shared more than 30-thousand times and on Monday, she finally met her mother.

Deprill and her mother, who has not yet been named, finally got together in a meeting arranged by the woman's lawyer. They talked for an hour, exchanged contact information and agreed to meet up again. According to the lawyer, Deprill's mother was 17 when she was raped and became pregnant. She kept her pregnancy hidden and secretly gave birth. With the baby's umbilical cord still attached, she wrapped her in a sweat shirt and dropped her off at Burger King.

Deprill says she's forgiven her mother and wants to have a relationship with her. (New York Daily News)
